E.ON Shareholders Approve Increased Dividend for 2025

At its Annual General Meeting, E.ON SE announced a dividend increase, marking the eleventh consecutive rise to €0.57 per share for the 2025 fiscal year. This decision highlights E.ON's commitment to rewarding shareholders and maintaining reliability despite geopolitical challenges. The dividend is scheduled for payment on April 28, 2026.

Leonhard Birnbaum, E.ON's CEO, emphasized the company's focus on reliable results and substantial investments in energy networks, digitalization, and infrastructure. He noted that these efforts aim to strengthen the ongoing energy transition.

The meeting also saw a strong endorsement of E.ON's management and supervisory actions, with ratification received by approximately 99% and 98% of votes, respectively. Key supervisory board appointments included Ulrich Grillo's reelection and new additions Helene von Roeder and Dr. Dominik von Achten.
