EnviTec Biogas Forecasts Challenges Ahead, Proposed Suspension of Dividend for 2025
EnviTec Biogas AG has announced its expectations for the fiscal year 2026, predicting a decrease in earnings. The projected total revenue is estimated to be between EUR 330 million and EUR 370 million. However, earnings before taxes are anticipated to decline, falling within a range of EUR 5 million to EUR 15 million. This decrease is linked to both the effects of the new GHG Implementation Act in Germany and delays in biofuel market placements.
In contrast, the company foresees stronger growth in 2027 due to deferred profits from ongoing projects. The Executive and Supervisory Boards have decided to propose a dividend suspension for 2025, reflecting cautiousness amidst current market pressures. The comprehensive 2025 annual report is scheduled for release on May 15, 2026.
