Minutes of the Entech General Meeting of June 16, 2026

On June 16, 2026, Entech held its Combined General Meeting in Quimper, chaired by Christopher Franquet. At this meeting, 72.08% of the shares with voting rights were represented. Shareholders voted in favor of all the proposed resolutions.

Among the ordinary resolutions adopted, the approval of the company's and consolidated financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year was unanimous. Other approvals included the renewal of directors' terms and authorization for the Company to purchase shares. On extraordinary matters, delegations of authority for the issuance of new shares were approved, without preferential subscription rights for certain categories of beneficiaries.
