ENGIE: Statement of Share Capital and Voting Rights as of August 31, 2026

ENGIE has published its monthly statement regarding the number of shares and voting rights as of August 31, 2026, in accordance with Article L 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The total share capital consists of 2,542,427,868 shares. After deducting treasury shares, this represents 2,540,607,984 shares.

The theoretical number of voting rights is 3,358,417,563, including treasury shares. The number of exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 3,356,597,679. In accordance with Article L. 225-123 of the French Commercial Code, registered and fully paid-up shares carry double voting rights if held for at least two years.
