ENGIE: Preparatory Documents for the General Meeting of April 24, 2025

ENGIE has announced the details for making available the preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting scheduled for April 24, 2025. The event will be held at the CNIT Forest in Puteaux. The notice of meeting, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published on February 28, 2025, in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires).

Registered shareholders will receive their meeting notice by mail or email. They can also request additional documents by completing a form until April 23. Bearer shareholders should contact their financial intermediary to access the documents.

These preparations are in accordance with the law and are also available on the ENGIE website. The notice of meeting will be published on April 7, 2025, in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) and in Le Figaro.
