ENGIE: Declaration of the Total Number of Shares and Voting Rights as of April 28, 2026

ENGIE has published its monthly statement relating to the total number of shares and voting rights as of April 28, 2026, in accordance with Article L 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority.

The number of shares comprising the capital is 2,542,427,868, while the number of shares, excluding treasury shares, reaches 2,540,934,316. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounts to 3,365,720,036. After deducting treasury shares, 3,364,226,484 voting rights are exercisable.

According to Article L. 225-123 of the Commercial Code, ENGIE grants double voting rights to registered shares held for at least two years, thus valuing the long-term commitment of shareholders.
