Energisme strengthens its finances and prepares for a stock market revaluation
On January 5, 2026, Energisme announced a strengthening of its financial capacity. To this end, the company issued €1 million in bonds and completed a €500,000 capital increase. This move is part of a strategy aimed at optimizing the valuation of its assets.
The capital increase was carried out at a premium of 9.44% over the closing price, limiting dilution for shareholders. Furthermore, the lead investor has an option to subscribe for an additional €290,000, potentially increasing the total amount raised to €1,790,000.
This operation, combined with a previous fundraising, should allow Energisme to continue its performance, with a target price set at €0.0120 per share.
