ENERGISME Announces Strategic Reorganization
Energisme, a specialist in energy optimization platforms, announces the creation of its subsidiary ECO-Hub. Operational by 2025, ECO-Hub focuses on energy analysis and performance. The company also aims to integrate financial and industrial partners into the capital of its subsidiaries ECO-Hub and Loamics, focused on e-health, to foster development while minimizing the listed company's financial needs.
Since 2024, Energisme has implemented measures to reduce costs and optimize its organization. ECO-Hub's EBITDA is positive for the first half of 2025, although overall revenue remains stable. The new organization comprises three entities: ECO-Hub, Loamics, and Energisme. The company plans to increase the value of its assets by opening the capital of its subsidiaries to targeted investors.
