Energiekontor AG Secures Financing for New Wind Park Projects

Energiekontor AG, a prominent developer in the renewable energy sector based in Bremen, Germany, has successfully reached financial close for three new wind park projects. These projects, located in North Rhine-Westphalia and Brandenburg, boast a combined nominal capacity of approximately 73 megawatts and are poised to enter the construction phase. The completion of these projects is anticipated in 2027.

The Frechen project will feature three Nordex turbines, while Wulkow-Boossen will host eight Vestas turbines. The Nideggen site will see the installation of two Enercon turbines. Combined, these parks are projected to produce 156 gigawatt hours annually, adequate to power over 47,700 households and significantly reduce carbon emissions.

In 2025, Energiekontor has reached financial close for twelve projects, totaling 326 megawatts. These projects underline the company's robust operational strength despite recent forecast adjustments for the year.
