End of the liquidity contract for Laboratoires Euromedis
Laboratoires Euromedis, based in Neuilly-sous-Clermont, has announced the termination of its liquidity contract for its shares listed on Euronext Growth. This change will take effect on March 31, 2026.
The contract, established with the broker Gilbert Dupont, aimed to improve the liquidity and trading of its securities on the market. The decision to terminate this collaboration is part of a strategy to simplify the company's financial operations. Laboratoires Euromedis expresses its gratitude to Gilbert Dupont for its support throughout the duration of the contract.
From April 1, 2026, Laboratoires Euromedis shares will continue to be traded on Euronext Growth in accordance with stock market regulations.
