ENCAVIS Acquires Two German Wind Farms Totaling 59 MW

ENCAVIS AG, a prominent operator of wind and solar parks based in Hamburg, has announced the acquisition of two wind farms from Energiequelle GmbH. The addition includes a facility in Zeven, Lower Saxony, which is already operational, and another in Raßlitz, Saxony, which is nearing grid connection. Together, these wind farms will contribute around 59 MW of capacity.

The Zeven site consists of eight Vestas V-162 turbines, generating approximately 139 GWh annually. Raßlitz will add two Enercon E-160 turbines, producing around 36 GWh yearly. Both sites have secured EEG feed-in tariffs for 20 years. This acquisition marks another step in the strategic collaboration between ENCAVIS and Energiequelle, following a recent purchase in Bad Gandersheim, Lower Saxony.
