Emmi rewards innovative sustainable projects
On June 25, 2026, the Emmi Group held its Sustainability Day, an event that allows its employees to present environmental initiatives. Out of 38 submitted projects, three received awards for their significant impact.
First place was awarded to Emmi Caffè Latte's packaging solution, which eliminates aluminum and PET for complete recycling. Emmi Desserts companies then took second place thanks to their continuous improvement in B Corp certification.
Finally, the Brazilian subsidiary, Laticínios Porto Alegre, won third place by developing a circular solution for beverage packaging in a region without recycling infrastructure, thereby strengthening local communities.
These projects illustrate Emmi's commitment to combining responsibility, innovation and commercial success.
