Emerald Horizon AG CEO Takes Lombard Loan Using Shares as Collateral
Emerald Horizon AG's CEO, Florian Wagner, has pledged 75,000 of his own shares as collateral for a Lombard loan. These shares are valued at approximately EUR 76 million, based on the July 20, 2026 opening price. This action is not a sale of shares, as beneficial ownership, voting, and dividend rights remain with Wagner. His shareholding percentage in the company remains constant.
This move is part of a broader financial strategy aimed at funding the commercialization of DUALstorePLUS and advancing the ADES/SMRX program. DUALstore PLUS is a hybrid energy storage product, while ADES represents a thorium-based microreactor technology. Both innovations aim to provide sustainable energy solutions and are set to launch under the Energy as a Service model.
