EMEIS records solid growth in the third quarter of 2025

EMEIS has published its results for the third quarter of 2025, recording organic revenue growth of 6.4% over the nine months, reaching €4,388 million. The group's average occupancy rate increased by 1.8 points to 87.3% over the period. This improvement was driven by higher occupancy rates in retirement homes and strong international performances, particularly in Northern and Southern Europe.

Asset disposals completed since mid-2022 have exceeded initial targets, reaching €2.1 billion. EMEIS continues to conclude new transactions, strengthening its financing capacity.

For the 2025 financial year, the group confirms its outlook with an expected EBITDAR increase of 15% to 18% compared to 2024. In the medium term, EMEIS anticipates stable growth thanks to the increase in demand in the care and support sector for vulnerable people.
