Elumeo SE Sues Vodafone for Damages Over Excessive Fees

Berlin-based elumeo SE, through its subsidiary Juwelo Deutschland GmbH, has partnered with a litigation funder to initiate a lawsuit against Vodafone for damages. The claim arises from alleged excessive feed-in fees charged by Vodafone over a span of 14 years, affecting the distribution of Juwelo's programs on Vodafone’s networks. The legal action involves a collaboration with three additional plaintiffs targeting two companies under the Vodafone umbrella. The damages sought by Juwelo are cited to be in the lower three-digit million euro range.
