Elumeo SE Delays 2025 Financial Statements Release
Elumeo SE, a key player in the online gemstone jewelry market, has announced a delay in the release of its audited financial statements for 2025. Initially scheduled for 18 May 2026, the publication has been postponed to 12 June 2026 due to ongoing audit procedures and pending ESEF certification. Management reassures stakeholders that no major changes are expected from the preliminary figures shared previously.
The preliminary figures were initially disclosed on 30 April 2026 through a Corporate News update and during an investor call. Elumeo SE confirms that these figures remain unchanged as of now. The company plans to make the audited statements available on their website by mid-June.
