Elumeo SE Adapts Financial Reporting to German Regulations and Adjusts 2026 Forecast
Elumeo SE is transitioning its financial reporting to comply with the German Commercial Code (HGB) starting in the third quarter of 2026. This shift from the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) aims to simplify processes and reduce efforts associated with IFRS reporting. Despite this change, Elumeo will continue publishing voluntary consolidated financial statements under HGB to maintain transparency. The company’s shares are set to move to the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange from October 13-14, 2026.
The 2026 forecast under HGB anticipates revenue changes between -7% and +1%, a gross profit margin of 52%-55%, and adjusted EBITDA ranging from EUR -1.0 million to EUR +0.4 million. Additionally, a share buyback program for employee stock ownership has been approved, allowing up to EUR 100,000 and 50,000 treasury shares for 2026 and 2027.
