ElringKlinger Extends CSO Dirk Willers' Contract
ElringKlinger AG's Supervisory Board has extended the contract of Chief Sales Officer Dirk Willers until December 31, 2030. This decision aims to ensure stability and to support the strategic transformation agenda, SHAPE30.
Chairman Helmut P. Merch expressed confidence in Willers' ability to lead ElringKlinger into the next phase of its transformation. Willers has significantly bolstered the Aftermarket and Engineered Plastics segments during his tenure.
Additionally, Ulrich Zimmer is set to assume the role of Chief Operating Officer on July 1, 2026, succeeding Reiner Drews. Zimmer will oversee Operations, Purchasing, and several other business areas, contributing to ElringKlinger's ongoing development.
