CFO Isabelle Damen to Depart ElringKlinger by End of 2026
ElringKlinger AG has announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Isabelle Damen, will leave her position at the end of 2026. Damen, 52, began her tenure on the Management Board on August 1, 2025, but has requested an early contract termination due to personal reasons. The Supervisory Board approved her request during a meeting on July 23, 2026, allowing the termination to be effective as of December 31, 2026.
The process to find a successor for Damen has already begun. The Supervisory Board expressed gratitude for Damen's efforts in implementing ElringKlinger's transformation strategy and wished her well in her future endeavors. This departure marks a significant shift within the company's leadership team.
