Elis terminates its liquidity contract with Oddo BHF
On January 16, 2026, Elis announced the termination of its liquidity contract with Oddo BHF, which had been in effect since December 1, 2023. The suspension took effect on January 9, 2026, and the termination became effective on January 14, 2026. This decision is part of the ongoing share buyback program of the company. At the time of termination, the liquidity account contained 115,913 shares and €3,197,794.
Between January 1 and 8, 2026, 48,667 shares were purchased for €1,174,141 and 64,304 shares were sold for €1,562,380. For comparison, the last half-year report as of December 31, 2025, showed 131,550 shares and €2,809,554 in the cash account.
