Invesco Ltd. exceeds the 10% threshold of voting rights in ELIS
On July 20, 2026, Invesco Ltd. announced that it had crossed the 10% threshold of voting rights in ELIS on July 16, according to a letter received on July 17. Invesco now holds 25,509,401 shares, representing 10.96% of the share capital and 10.004% of the voting rights of ELIS.
This overspending resulted from market acquisitions. Invesco, a portfolio management company, clarifies that this transaction is part of its normal business activities and has no strategic intent regarding ELIS. Invesco does not intend to take control of or influence the management of the company, and does not plan to appoint any new members to its board.
