Elis acquires Adrett to strengthen its presence in Germany
On December 23, 2025, Elis, a leading player in circular services, confirmed the acquisition of Adrett Textilservice GmbH. This acquisition, based in Germany, aims to strengthen Elis's network in the country. Adrett, located in Schuby near the Danish border, operates in the dynamic sector of flat linen rental and maintenance, primarily serving the hotel and restaurant industry.
The company employs around 140 people and generates an estimated turnover of 12 million euros for 2025. Adrett's current management will remain in place to ensure local development after the integration, which will be effective from January 1, 2026.
