Ekinops acquires Olfeo to strengthen its presence in cybersecurity

Ekinops, a telecommunications solutions company, has completed the acquisition of Olfeo, a French cybersecurity software publisher. This transaction, paid entirely in cash, enables Ekinops to become a major player in the European market for Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions for network cybersecurity.

Olfeo, founded in 2003, secures network access for more than 500 customers with web security solutions. In 2024, Olfeo generated annual recurring revenue of €6.3 million, with an EBITDA margin exceeding 20%. This acquisition is part of Ekinops' Bridge strategic plan, aimed at strengthening its position in high-growth markets.

The acquisition of Olfeo expands Ekinops' cybersecurity offering, and together, the two companies intend to offer sovereign connectivity and security solutions to international operators and their customers.
