Eiffel Tower Company's 2026 Half-Year Results: Assessment and Outlook
The Board of Directors of Société de la Tour Eiffel met on July 22, 2026, to approve the interim financial statements. These results mark the end of a development cycle that began in 2022 with key deliveries in Bobigny and Puteaux. The first half of the year shows an increase in gross rental income to €38 million, but a decrease in the EPRA occupancy rate to 71.0%.
From a financial perspective, the EPRA Net Asset Value per share has declined, reflecting the downward adjustment of assets valued at €1.563 billion. Net debt stands at €381.9 million. Refinancing is underway, supported by the SMABTP Group, which has acquired 97.01% of the share capital.
The next phase will focus on the transformation and sustainable enhancement of real estate assets, with particular attention to environmental performance and proactive marketing in a challenging market.
