Eiffage SA: Information on voting rights and shares as of April 30, 2026

Eiffage SA, a public limited company listed on Euronext Paris (Compartment A), has published its monthly data concerning the total number of shares and voting rights. As of April 30, 2026, the company's share capital consisted of 96,000,000 shares. The number of theoretical voting rights was 118,144,341.

Under Article 30 of the Articles of Association, fully paid-up shares registered in the name of the same shareholder for at least two years carry double voting rights. Furthermore, Eiffage's bylaws require the declaration of any crossing of a 1% shareholding threshold.
