Eiffage Expands in Industrial Refrigeration with Quercy Réfrigération Acquisition
Eiffage, via Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, has agreed to acquire 70% of Quercy Réfrigération, strengthening its position in industrial refrigeration. Quercy Réfrigération, established in 2007 in Moissac, France, focuses primarily on the agrifood sector. The company, with over 160 employees across 10 agencies, recorded €66 million in revenue for 2025.
Quercy Réfrigération manages the full industrial cooling process, from design and installation to maintenance and energy optimization. Holding multiple patents, the company aims to reduce food wastage and increase energy efficiency. It will lead Eiffage's industrial cooling activities, adding new expertise to the division.
This acquisition aligns with Eiffage Énergie Systèmes' market structure, enhancing local development and diversifying the customer base.
