EDUNIVERSAL: Share Repurchase and Delisting Offer
EDUNIVERSAL, listed on the Euronext Access market in Paris, has announced the launch of a voluntary buyout offer. This initiative is led by EDUNIVERSAL RECONQUETE and Mr. Martial GUIETTE, who already control 90.39% of the company's capital. The offer concerns the 1,494,726 shares not held by them, excluding the 5,296 treasury shares, at a price of €0.20 per share.
The buyback process, which runs from August 8 to September 11, 2025, precedes a procedure to delist EDUNIVERSAL's shares from the Euronext Access market. Transactions will be centralized by Financière d'Uzès. The shares will no longer be listed, thus eliminating any future liquidity. Closing is scheduled for September 19, 2025, marking the end of EDUNIVERSAL's stock market presence.
