EDUFORM'ACTION transferred to Euronext Growth Paris
On June 25, 2026, EDUFORM'ACTION's shares will be admitted to Euronext Growth Paris. This transfer, approved on June 19, 2026 by the Admissions Committee, marks a new milestone for the group specializing in initial and continuing education.
Founded in 2003, the company diversified its activities in 2022. It now offers more than 500 training programs across France, in sectors such as healthcare and digital technology. In 2025, the group achieved a turnover of €11.6 million, a net profit of €174,000, and net cash of €2.3 million.
This transfer aims to strengthen relationships with investors and provide new financing opportunities. No new securities issuance is planned.
