Eduform'Action announces a capital increase of €500,000
Eduform'Action is launching a €500,000 cash capital increase, maintaining preferential subscription rights. The operation involves the issuance of 500,000 shares with warrants (ABSA), at a unit price of €1. The objective is to finance the company's development in the coming months.
The issuance includes a subscription commitment of 75% of the amount, or €375,000, primarily through CPG and CPI. Existing shareholders can subscribe irrevocably at a ratio of 1 ABSA for every 38 shares held. Subscriptions will be open from November 14 to 26, 2025, with a trading period for subscription rights from November 12 to 24, 2025.
The listing of ABSA is planned on Euronext Access Paris from December 3, 2025.
