Edenred's Half-Year Liquidity Contract Update

On July 4, 2025, Edenred released its half-year report on the liquidity contract with BNP Paribas. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account holds 246,989 shares and €9,891,737 in cash. The first half of 2025 saw 3,022 buy executions for a volume of 617,526 shares valued at €18,418,820, while 3,181 sell executions totaled 594,838 shares at €17,917,717.
Compared to December 31, 2024, the account previously contained 224,301 shares and €10,392,838. At that time, buy executions reached 4,106 with 772,275 shares traded for €26,344,995, and sell executions were 4,576 with 750,660 shares for €25,701,687.
Initially, on July 5, 2022, the account started with 0 shares and €20,000,000 cash. The report aligns with AMF Decision N°2021-01 on liquidity contracts as a recognized market practice.
