EDENRED Réduit Son Capital Social
Le 7 mai 2025, le conseil d'administration d'Edenred SE a décidé de réduire le capital social en annulant 1 635 606 actions propres, soit 0,68% du capital total. Cette décision fait suite à l'autorisation de l'assemblée générale de 2024 et intervient en post-bourse le même jour.
Les actions annulées ont été rachetées dans le cadre d'une opération annoncée en mars 2024, s'étalant entre février et avril 2025. Désormais, le capital social d'Edenred s'établit à 479 782 128 euros, divisé en 239 891 064 actions d'une valeur nominale de 2 euros chacune.
Cette action vise à optimiser la structure du capital de l'entreprise, cotée sur Euronext Paris et membre de plusieurs indices financiers remarquables.
