Edenred Extends Share Buyback Program
Edenred has announced the continuation of its share buyback initiative, initially declared on December 3, 2024. This program aims for a total investment of up to €600 million by November 2027. On October 3, 2025, Edenred entered a new share buyback agreement with an investment service provider, with an initial ceiling of €25 million. This phase of the program will last until December 31, 2025, with plans for extension until November 30, 2027, targeting €225 million minus shares already repurchased.
As of the announcement, 10.6 million shares have been repurchased at a cumulative cost of €375 million. The latest €25 million phase translates approximately to 1.2 million shares, equating to 0.49% of Edenred's share capital as per October 3’s closing price. All shares reacquired through the program will be canceled as previously declared.
