EDAG Engineering Revises 2026 Revenue Forecast

EDAG Engineering Group AG, a major engineering service provider, has reported preliminary results for the first nine months of 2026. The company generated EUR 498.7 million in revenue, down from EUR 547.2 million the previous year. Adjusted EBIT improved to EUR 4.7 million from a deficit of EUR 4.5 million, with an EBIT margin of 0.9% (prev. year: -0.8%).

The decline in revenue is linked to automotive customer caution amidst restructuring. The industrial sector remains reluctant, with lower project commitments and increased customer insourcing affecting demand. Revenue recovery is not anticipated in Q4.

In light of these factors, EDAG revised its annual revenue forecast to a potential 10% decline, from an earlier estimate of a 5% drop, while maintaining an EBIT margin forecast of up to 3%.
