Econocom Group Executes Treasury Shares Buyback

On 7 September 2026, Econocom Group SE conducted a treasury shares buyback as authorized by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 31 March 2026. During this transaction, the firm purchased 150,000 of its own shares. Each share was acquired at a uniform price of €1.53 on the stock exchange.
