Voting rights and denominator at Econocom Group
On February 12, 2026, Econocom Group announced changes to its share capital and voting rights, in accordance with Article 15 of the Law of May 2, 2007. The Board of Directors decided to cancel 4,287,102 treasury shares, which now brings the company's share capital to EUR 23,731,026.74, distributed over 162,759,902 shares.
The total number of shares carrying voting rights is 162,759,902. These voting rights are comprised of 102,021,598 single rights and 60,738,304 double rights, totaling 223,498,206 voting rights. Econocom Group no longer holds any of its own shares following this cancellation.
No changes to voting rights thresholds have been added to the existing statutes. All regulated information is available on the Econocom website, in the dedicated section.
