Econocom Group buys 200,000 of its own shares

Econocom Group SE announced that it repurchased 200,000 of its own shares on August 17, 2026. The purchase was made on the stock exchange at an average price of €1.49 per share. This transaction is in accordance with the share buyback authorization granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of March 31, 2026.
