ECC Ventures 4 Corp. Resumes Trading on TSX Venture Exchange
ECC Ventures 4 Corp. has announced the resumption of trading for its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange. Trading is set to restart at the market's open on or around October 9, 2026. This follows a halt initiated on July 7, 2026, due to a proposed Qualifying Transaction with Cambria Gold Mines Inc., which was terminated on September 17, 2026.
The company remains committed to identifying new assets and businesses to fulfill a Qualifying Transaction in accordance with TSX policies. The pursuit of such opportunities will continue, and any further agreements will be announced following the Exchange's guidelines.
