Eagle Plains Seeks Warrant Expiry Extension

Eagle Plains Resources Ltd., based in Cranbrook, BC, has submitted a request to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date of 3,785,529 outstanding share purchase warrants. These were initially issued during a non-brokered private placement in July 2022. The current expiry is set for July 11, 2025. However, the company seeks a 12-month extension to July 11, 2026.

The conditions of the warrants remain unchanged. They can be accelerated if Eagle Plains shares trade at or above $0.50 for 20 consecutive days. In such cases, warrant holders will be notified that their warrants will expire 30 days from the notice. The exercise price remains 25 cents per warrant.

This move aims to offer warrant holders more time while keeping terms consistent. Eagle Plains continues its focus on mineral exploration projects across Western Canada, crucial for the evolving green energy sector.
