Eagle Plains Reports Anomalous Radioactivity at Don Lake Project

Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. announced significant findings from the first three drill holes at the Don Lake uranium project, Saskatchewan. The drill holes have shown multiple zones of anomalous radioactivity. The project, located near Uranium City, includes a past-producing uranium mine.

The 1500m, 14-hole program tests structurally-controlled uranium mineralization. Notable findings include intervals with high counts per second (cps), such as 11571 cps over 1.9m in DN26001.

The drilling occurs in the A Zone, where historical findings indicated significant uranium mineralization. Chuck Downie, CEO of Eagle Plains, highlighted the prospectivity of Don Lake and the Beaverlodge district, emphasizing the underexplored nature of these areas.
