Eagle Plains Expands Royalty Portfolio in Saskatchewan
Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. has announced a strategic purchase and sale agreement with Apogee Minerals Ltd. This transaction involves five non-core claim blocks in Saskatchewan, totaling 1965 hectares. Apogee will acquire a 100% interest for $20,000 in cash and 1,000,000 common shares, while Eagle Plains retains a 2.5% Net Smelter Royalty.
The agreement remains subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and compliance with customary closing conditions. The claims, free of encumbrances except the NSR Royalty, are in good standing in Saskatchewan.
Separately, Eagle Plains and Pacific Imperial Mines have terminated their Option Agreement on the Brownell Lake VMS project. The Brownell Lake site is known for its potential in volcanogenic massive sulphide mineralization.
