E-Pango restores its status as an electricity supplier

On March 26, 2026, E-Pango announced the reinstatement of its status as an electricity supplier. This decision follows the repeal of the 2022 suspension orders, published in the Official Journal. E-Pango's electricity buying and reselling activities had been partially suspended since February and March 2022. After a long wait since October 2023, the company will update its strategic plan for 2026-2028.

The restoration of this status follows E-Pango's efforts to comply with the grid balancing participation agreement signed with Réseau de transport d'électricité (RTE). This decision should strengthen E-Pango's position in the energy market, allowing it to reconnect with its business and public sector clients.
