E-PANGO General Assembly: Quorum not reached and resolutions postponed

Stock price chart of E-PANGO (EPA:ALAGO) showing fluctuations.

At the general meeting held on July 15, 2026, E-PANGO had 12.25% of its shareholders present, representing 18.10% of the voting rights. As the quorum required for an extraordinary general meeting, set at 20%, was not met, only five of the planned resolutions were passed. Shareholder questions mainly concerned the future of the subsidiary E-Bega, the electricity supply, and ongoing litigation.

Despite the government's repeal of the 2022 suspension orders, the resumption of electricity supply contracts with Enedis remains stalled. Legal actions against RTE, EDF, and the government are ongoing, and a decision is expected within 12 months for some cases. During the shareholders' meeting, several resolutions, primarily concerning capital increases, were postponed.
