Update of E-PANGO's share capital

On November 24, 2025, E-PANGO, an energy supply company, provided details regarding its share capital. The number of outstanding shares was updated by Euronext, increasing from 28,231,689 to 37,069,098. This increase incorporates tranches 7, 8, and 9 of the warrants (BSA). In addition, GLOBAL CORPORATE FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITIES 9 exercised some of its warrants, resulting in the creation of 1,000,000 new shares, bringing the share capital to 38,069,098 shares. These changes have been recorded following the formalities with Infogreffe.
