E-PANGO General Assembly: Quorum Not Reached

On June 29, 2026, E-PANGO held a general meeting with its shareholders in Paris. Specializing in energy supply for businesses and local authorities, E-PANGO had planned to submit several resolutions to a vote. However, the meeting did not reach the quorum required to proceed with the voting. Consequently, a second meeting is scheduled for July 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
