E-PANGO: 2025 Revenue Results
On January 28, 2026, E-PANGO announced a revenue of €73,000 for 2025. The company, specializing in energy supply to businesses and local authorities, saw its electricity sales activity interrupted due to regulatory decisions. Specifically, a ministerial decree dated March 18, 2022, resulted in the transfer of E-PANGO's customer portfolio to other suppliers.
This decision follows RTE's termination, on February 8, 2022, of the company's status as a balancing responsible party. Specifically, this termination was declared unfounded by the Paris Commercial Court on April 21, 2023. E-PANGO plans to provide an update on the ongoing legal proceedings when it publishes its 2025 financial statements.
