Dynamite Blockchain Corp. Announces Change in Auditor
Dynamite Blockchain Corp. has announced a change in its auditing firm. Effective February 19, 2026, the company has appointed Davidson and Company LLP as its new auditor, replacing SRCO Professional Corporation. The decision was ratified by the board of directors and the audit committee.
The previous auditor, SRCO, has not issued any reservations or modified opinions on the company's financial statements during its engagement period. Additionally, there are no significant concerns related to this transition, as defined under National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
Dynamite Blockchain Corp. has filed the required documentation regarding this change of auditor on the SEDAR platform. The company expressed gratitude to SRCO Professional Corporation for its services throughout its tenure.
