Avolta Secures Dining Contract at Toronto Pearson

Avolta AG has announced a significant 12-year contract with Toronto Pearson International Airport, Canada's busiest airport. The agreement involves Avolta's HMSHost transforming 5,300 m2 of dining space in Terminals 1 and 3 by introducing popular Canadian brands. This move strengthens Avolta's North American foothold.

Starting in 2026, the new offerings will include local favorites like Mary Brown's Chicken, OEB Kitchen + Bar, and Libretto Slice Shop. HMSHost also plans to expand collaboration with Canadian chef Roger Mooking, introducing a new F&B concept following his Twist restaurant's success.

The project includes revamped menus and better digital engagement, like digital waitlists and self-order kiosks. Additionally, travelers can benefit from the Club Avolta loyalty program. These innovations aim to enhance the dining experience at Toronto Pearson.
