Duck Creek Acquires Send, Enhancing Underwriting Platform

Duck Creek Technologies has announced the acquisition of Send Technology Solutions Ltd, a leader in AI-native underwriting orchestration for insurers worldwide. This acquisition combines Duck Creek's intelligent core and Agentic AI Platform with Send's system to redefine underwriting for commercial and specialty insurers.

The integration aims to improve insurers' underwriting performance by unifying operations and workflows. Send's platform has already shown results, offering faster quote times and launching products more efficiently. Duck Creek's global reach includes over half of the top 20 global P&C insurers.

This deal builds on Duck Creek's Agentic AI Platform, offering insurers advanced data extraction, orchestration, and a risk-centered workspace to streamline decision-making. Send will remain as a standalone service while integrating more deeply with Duck Creek’s cloud solutions.
