DRONE VOLT's 2025 Financial Results and Future Outlook
DRONE VOLT reported a revenue of €8.7 million for the fiscal year 2025, marking a transition towards high-margin activities. The gross margin increased significantly by 24 percentage points from the previous year. However, the adjusted gross margin settled at €3.2 million, slightly below the €3.6 million initially announced.
Operating expenses decreased slightly, but earnings were affected by impairments due to the closure of Aerialtronics and Drone Volt Benelux subsidiaries, without cash impact. Despite this, the company reports a significantly strengthened financial structure, with equity rising to €21 million, up from €10 million at the end of 2024.
As of December 31, 2025, cash and investments surged to €8 million, and gross financial debt reduced from €4.2 million to €2.4 million. Looking ahead, favorable prospects are anticipated, especially in service offerings and in-house drone development.
