DRONE VOLT rembourse par anticipation son financement obligataire
Le 15 avril 2025, DRONE VOLT, société spécialisée dans les drones civils professionnels, a annoncé le remboursement anticipé de son financement obligataire. D'un montant nominal de 2 millions d'euros, ce financement avait été conclu avec Atlas Capital Market en fin d'année 2024.
Ce fonds a permis à DRONE VOLT d'obtenir des marges de manœuvre financières pour continuer son expansion. Cela s'est traduit par deux augmentations de capital, l'une de 2 millions d'euros en février et l'autre de 5 millions d'euros en mars 2025, orchestrées avec Armistice Capital Master Fund Ltd.
Marc Courcelle, le Directeur Général, exprime sa satisfaction quant à ce remboursement anticipé et réaffirme l'engagement de l'entreprise envers ses activités à forte marge, tant en France qu'à l'international.
